Due to succession and growth, this Director role in our Nelson office presents an exciting opportunity to join our leadership team to help shape the future of the practice.  Accordingly, you’ll need to really understand the business environment to add value to not only our clients and their businesses, but our people and future of our team.

Candidates will bring to the role well rounded technical skills, a strategic mindset, proven leadership qualities and the ability to build long term trusted relationships with clients.

About you

We are seeking a vibrant and dedicated leader.  You will ideally have experience advising clients across a range of commercial sectors. 

You will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Ability to manage a revenue stream/client base
  • Successfully develop new business
  • Capacity to manage, motivate and develop others
  • Act as a leader and contribute to, and drive strategy/change
